I think the puppet is Neptune, and has been a performer at the Cambridge River Fest for many years.I don't know the artist or the Photographer, But I love the image.
I´ve noticed and have been fascinated by this picture since I joined Gaia - and I thought at first it was a painting. It resembled Salvador Dalis paintings and techniques. And so he is for “real” !! Mr. neptune himself ! :))
