This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for April 03, 2008:
Usually I don' t get to be the one who decides on the truth. my view seldom coincides with the general consensus -- especially here at Zaadz / Gaia.
Certain teachers suggest that truth exists in two kinds relative and absolute. I can only presume that absolute truth exists, something independent of any happenstance.
Most of the truths which people argue and agree about. arise from habits of thought, concepts and other mental clutter which people accumulate in life. Some of the truth we know results from the conditions of things around us, and the elements which make up our bodies. Observations and measurements of the world make up the basis for consensus of reality and provide the basis for scientific exploration of that reality.
I assume that absolute truth can be verified and observed, without the need for special equipment. I just don't pretend to know what that truth is, nor do i believe most of the people who claim to know.
